Meet Chamomile's Sister, Feverfew

Feverfew (tanacetum parthenium) is a wonderful plant friend to have. Not super common, but she’s coming around more often these days.

She’s delicate, but packs a potent punch to the head (but in a grandma’s healing hands kind of way.) She soothes migraines, tension, and inflammation. Pair her with chamomile and/or lemon balm in some tea and you’ve got yourself a natural pain reliever in a cup. She also works wonderfully as a glycerite or tincture. 🌼✨

I offer my utmost gratitude & respect to the first peoples of the area.
May we return to living in balance with our Mother once again.
