Easy Sourdough Cracker Recipe

How to make EASY Sourdough Crackers using only 4 ingredients! 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (200g) sourdough discard 

3 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted

¼ teaspoon sea salt 

1 TBLS all-purpose flour

Herbs for topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 f
 

— Mix all ingredients together until smooth 

— Pour the dough mixture (will be thin) onto a parchment paper lined sheet. The thinner, the better, just make sure to patch up any holes. 1/16th” is about the thinness I prefer.
 

— Sprinkle the dough with seasonings of your choice. I love a zataar seasoning. You can try adding Parmesan or Romano for a cheezit flavor! This part is up to you, have fun with it.


— Bake for 15 mins, then remove from oven and using a pizza cutter or ravioli blade, cut into squares—the size is your preference.
 

— Return back to the oven for an additional 10 mins or until edges are golden.
 

— Cool and serve, or store in an airtight container until ready to eat Enjoy
